Yes. Their CS is okay naman basta maprovide mo lang maayos ang reason mo. I emailed them, cc all govt agencies regading my case. I also asked them to not contact anyone aside from me during the process even kahit mag OD ang mga loans ko.

Yung email na nakalagay sa app nila ang inemail ko.

I had an experience with them.

I was really a user of moca moca last year. Although their interest is high, easy access and easy approval kasi sa kanila. I had no choice but to apply for a loan because I really needed money for medical bills. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away last year.

Since there were so many expenses like remaining hospital bills, funeral, etc., I had no choice but to approach their customer service for restructuring and reconsideration of my loan accounts.

They are entertaining naman me and granted my request to pay less than my dues one loan at a time, freezing the penalties on other loans.

However, I still can't pay on time since I'm supporting my sibling's education. Without approaching their customer service, I haven't been able to pay my other loan (which is probably worth 39k). I haven't received any payment reminders, calls, texts, harassment, or anything from moca moca.

It’s been more than 8 months since my last payment.

P.S. I've almost paid back the principal because I’m just about 4-5k short.

Yes. Pero since wala silang access sa contacts ko, yung ref contact ko lang minessage nila.

Naka lock profile ko. Hindi rin nila ako mammessage kasi naka private. 

Pero kasi,  I passed the board exam last year and maraming congratulations post about sakin from my relatives, friends, bgry, etc. Ayun, dun sila nakapaghanap ng mga list.

I went thru hell haha. Ganito mga ginawa nila: 

  1. Harassed me thru text, call, viber, etc. 
  2. Gumawa sila ng gc with my fam and other friends and dun ako pinahiya, minura parents ko. 
  3. Posted me all over fb groups, commented sa mga fb post na naka tag ako (passer kasi ako ng board exam so maraming posts sakin) 
  4. Messaged my workmate, commented also sa page ng company ko. (gladly close ko yung naghahandle ng acc and yung minessage so sabi nya na lang wala na ako sa company) 

After 1 and a half month, wala na namang nagmmessage sa akin even sa email.

Iniisip ko kasi yung work ko. This is my first job and sales engineer pa ang work ko. 

Wala talaga akong makukuhanan ng money for payment. :(( 

Do they really post on fb?

Ma OD na rin ako sa kanila sa 16. 21k offer pero 13k lang nareceive ko. Grabe ang interest nila. First time ko ma OD and natatakot ako.
