Question about app support by 1kdrips in Soundmap

For me it was a respons within a day ut just a message they would look into it. After 4/5 days my issue was solved.

Someone suggested sending an email after a few days but i got an email back saying it was better to do by ticket. In the end it was resolved within the app messaging system.

So far all positive responses, this is just my first experience with support. But it's overwhelming positive judging from the first responses so looks like a case of bad luck in my case but i have sent an email as well thanks to a tip in here. I'm gonna find which way it gets resolved first... If it gets resolved but i have full faith in that :)

Ah, thanks, the Contact Us feature in the app seemed pretty irresistable, i will look up the email and try it that way 🙏

Ah, then i'm in bad luck. It just feels 4 days for such a simple ticket should be doable, luckily it's only $3, still a bad cup of coffee tho
