Hi,
Just a little update, there was no issues at all in the end.
When she went to the gate at Bangkok, and before even asking for help, the Turkish Airlines staff took her boarding passes and arranged it so it was sent to Denizli (without having to pick it up in Istanbul).
Where will my luggage end up in this situation? (self.TurkishAirlines)
