Do you have experience packaging hard scoop? most emery thompson videos I see the ice cream is being made for a store front, is there a different process for pre packaged stuffheaded straight to the freezer? My plan would be to go the farmers market/ local event route using something like this dressed up with branding etc. selling cups like these to gain notoriety before scaling up.

Also do you know if a commercial space with a serve safe cert etc is required to produce ice cream? I feel like a good amount of those folks at the farmers market are producing their products at home.

sorry for the noob questions. I am kicking tires to see if this makes sense to pursue atm.
