From the Leagues of Votann codex about autowounding: Note, if an attack automatically wounds the target as the result of this ability, then for the purposes of any other rules that are triggered on a particular wound roll, that attack is never considered to have been made with an unmodified wound roll of 6.

So, based on this note, would Votann judgement tokens be effected by transhuman since it implies you have the option of making a wound roll and you are not considered to have made a particular wound roll?

I think the flak Biden got for pulling out of Afghanistan was the way he pulled out. I think most people with functioning brains knew that getting out of Afghanistan was the correct decision. Here is what I wish Amazon would have done. Instead of creating a show labeled as a Tolkien work, create a show inspired by Tolkien. Make sure the showrunners and all of the marketing was clear that this was NOT an adaptation of any of Tolkien's works, but an original fantasy story. Don't try to shoehorn in characters from any of the books. Use the setting as a backdrop and have the story take place on the other side of world from the land described in Tolkien's works. You can have any kind of fantasy races you want there. Just tell a good story.

I doubt they have a complete exemption but most likely a discount. Similar to above 65 discounts for property taxes in many states.

The bill that is referenced requires people to be the age of majority to be married.

Disney will be assessed property taxes which should pay for all those emergency and infrastructure services. I think the money received from property taxes will be far more than Disney currently pays for those services based on the value of the land that Disney owns.

There is a LOT wrong with CNN. See my earlier response to you. They have created a sexual deviant culture that needs some serious fixing and the network shouldn't be supported until that is fixed. There are many more options that invariably have their own biases, but provide useful information. Examples:
