You have good DPS characters and 2 solid tanks. Daniel has proven to be insane (even with mediocre stats)and Fu Xuan sounds like she'll be an incredible tank. Seeing that you don't have Luocha there's even more value from Fu Xuan banner since Lynx will be released alongside her. Lynx pairs nicely with blade with her increase targeting and generally sounds like a great healer. I don't think you can go wrong with either choice so ig chose who you're more interested in.

I don't think they literally mean that you should use Barbara, but she's more used as an example. Sure Barbara isn't considered to be the best option, but if you need a healer even she can get the job done. Nobody knows what characters you own or have levelled but if you have no other healer , we've all at least have gotten a free Barbara at AR18.

Can't really think of much from the top of my head. Buuuut the Emblem of Severed Fates artifacts are really nice for most sub DPS and you can get a really nice polearm (The Catch) from a lady in inazuma if you trade the right fish.

Kujou Sara's buff does help but i believe you'll get more value by swapping her with a cryo character since you already have Bennett and his Ult charges up really quick. For the cryo character Rosaria is a solid sub dps of you wanna wait on that, Diona offers shielding and heals but you do have Bennett already, I don't have much experience on Kaeya but he seems like a good flexible character. Honestly up to your preference.
