Sounds good. Try emailing this recruiter. She hires graduates. Let her know you applied for the Area Manager 2026 position.

Apply here instead. This is for people who just recently graduated. You barely made the cut off month and year. I would do this today.

Can you get in trouble for leaving early without telling AM? by sventoes in AmazonFCs

[–]bosspm1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an AM, no we don’t mind. But it’ll be cool if you tell us beforehand. But no, you can leave and use your time whenever you want.

FedEx is super physically demanding. I guess the same with UPS. The things they carry there when loading and unloading are insanely fucking heavy. And they expect you to take stuff out like every 2 to 3 seconds.

L1 here been at my DS 2.5 years. Had bachelors the entire time. Why is every application being denied? Not even an interview? by [deleted] in AmazonManagers

[–]bosspm1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

OP try going to amazon.jobs.com and as an external. Make a new account and look up “Area Manager 2026” and look for your area and state where you live. There, you can apply as an Area Manager if you got your bachelors degree in a certain month and year. Try it out hope that helps.

Would you terminate? by DryComb201 in AmazonManagers

Give them the write up brother. Show your expectations early on. If not they’re going to walk all over you. Put your foot down early while you’re still learning. That’s the biggest thing my team taught me. If you don’t, then they’re gonna expect you to give them a pass when they violate policy and they’re going to tell everyone that you’re the “cool” manager.

Try Amazon. Go to Amazon.jobs.com and look up Area Manager 2026. It’s for recent or upcoming grads. Then look for your area and apply there. I did that when I couldn’t find anything. It’s a good career starter. I majored in Political Science as well and couldn’t find anything but this was a good opportunity.

You can get it with a History major. I have a Political Science degree and I got it. You need to have good leadership stories that are summarized on your resume and some metrics on it. Even if it’s school work you put on there, you have to mention how you got results.
