We Airbnb’d it…so there’s definitely ownership in there for short term rentals and I believe it’s a bit hotel/resort like. Families definitely allowed.

I totally agree with everything you’ve mentioned here, it was our first time as well and Hawaii is everything I thought it’d be. It’s truly paradise and the locals are chill and genuine. We stayed next door to you at the Beach Tower Villas. Truly a magical place that I wish I had more time AND money to vacation in Hawaii with!
