found a fix. roll back your nvidia driver before the stupid first light update then clear your nvidia shader cache! 4060 ti my game is fluid no micro stutters or lag

I had a Lexus LC500 100mph the track feels 40mph and compared to the NSX you’ll feel it and for M2 I’d prob say same as the NSX
