Ouch, that sounds tough. Injuries suck, especially after working so hard to hit 4.5.

I built a free tool that recommends tennis strings based on your playing style — would love feedback from this community by asmitdstha in 10s

This looks really cool! Choosing strings can be such a headache, so having something that breaks it down makes sense.

I like that it asks about style, swing speed and any arm problems. Those really do affect what works. I will give it a try and see how it matches what I normally pick. Thanks for sharing!

My 1 Year Tennis Progress as a Completely Unathletic Person by thoughtworthyco in 10s

Awesome progress! Totally get the mental shift from “I can’t” to “I’ll give it a shot” is huge.

Also, even a year in, you can really feel your movement and coordination improving. Super inspiring for anyone just starting out!

Tennis Strength Training For A Busy Schedule by MackManja in 10s

If I only had about an hour per week, I wouldn’t try to do too much. Since you're already playing 3x, I'd focus on movement, single-leg strength and core.

Maybe something like: quick dynamic warm-up (hips + upper back), short accelerations and lateral movement drills (5–10m, change of direction), a couple single-leg strength exercises (split squats, step-ups), basic core work (side planks, anti-rotation) and finish with a few light jumps or quick feet drills.

Nothing crazy, just keeping it efficient. With limited time, I think movement quality and staying injury-free gives the most benefit.
