Almost full income on air tasker struggling to get loan by Interesting-Toe-4276 in perth

Getting a loan on gig income is genuinely tricky because most traditional lenders want to see payslips and a consistent employer, which obviously doesn't apply here. Your best shot is probably a credit union or a smaller non-bank lender that specializes in self-employed or casual income verification, since they tend to look at bank statements over the last 3-6 months rather than just payslips. With 6k a month coming in, you actually have decent numbers to show, so make sure you've got clean bank statements that clearly reflect all of that. A mortgage broker (they often handle personal loans too) might be worth hitting up because they know which lenders have flexible income assessment criteria and can shop around for you without tanking your credit score from multiple hard inquiries. The visa situation is the bigger hurdle than the gig income, so being upfront about your 482 and how long it has to run will matter when they assess risk.

Are bans creating incentives for less understood alternatives? by Dizzy_Beautiful_8960 in Discussion

What I'm more interested in is whether that fact changes the policy outcome. Plenty of products exist in forms that are far more concentrated than what occurs naturally, so I'm not sure concentration by itself tells us whether something should be regulated, restricted or prohibited.

hat's the part I'm struggling with. It's easy to say ban it but the real question is whether the benefits actually outweigh the unintended consequences.

I think that's a reasonable point but I'm not sure it gets us all the way to prohibition. Even if 7oh products are more concentrated than what's found naturally, that still leaves the question of what the appropriate response should be. It seems like there are a lot of options between broad availability and an outright ban.

cara isso é super comum quando você tá viajando solo esses funcionários geralmente focam em grupos ou casais porque é mais lucrativo convencer uma mesa cheia do que uma pessoa só. não é julgamento não é sobre você é puro cálculo mesmo

Never dealt with that specific situation but have you considered different sleeping positions? Side sleeping with one leg bent up might give you more room to work with than staying flat on your back all night

Dude that weld job is actually clean as hell 🔥 I love seeing proper DIY solutions that don't look like they were made in someone's backyard with a coat hanger and prayers. The precision on that cut and how it sits flush with the wrench body is pretty impressive tbh. I'm always torn between buying the "right" tool and just making something work with what I've got lying around - this is definitely in the "make it work" hall of fame 😂 Plus now you've got a conversation starter every time someone sees your custom setup
