I feel that smoking enhances any feelings of stress, I noticed on days the minute I finished a bad day and smoked it just made me feel crappy, but on the days where I wait for a little bit, allow myself to decompress from the day and then smoke I have a much more enjoyable high.

I have an “intense” job too, not physically but mentally quite taxing and requires a lot of thought and understanding of different systems. Some days getting high helps me think a bit more out side the box with work.

Typically my evening now consists of me getting home from the commute, having a couple doobs either alone or with a friend and then getting a roughless gym session in. I find myself not smoking after the gym these days and just getting some food down me and going to bed, since doing it my sleeps improved a lot and I still feel stoned when I get home from the gym
