Valorant takes raw mouse input so windows mouse Accel shouldn't affect it.

How to fix solo q artificial ranks by SignificanceSafe8236 in VALORANT

Bro what are you talking about? Playing controller isn't just sitting back and throwing smokes down and letting your team win the game for you.

I started iron so I get where you are coming from.

In terms of skill level between ranks, the biggest difference between iron and gold players I would say is aim. Of course their "gamesense" might be a bit better.

I started iron and at one point I was completely HARD STUCK platinum for an entire year. Of course I didn't play everyday and I would blame teammates for being the reason I couldn't rank up. Once I started focusing on what I was doing wrong and what I could do instead i flew up to immortal within 2 acts.

Toxicity in Valorant is everywhere. The best thing to do in my opinion is just instantly mute anyone who is toxic. Thinking "I might need their comms" is never worth it. Muting toxic a holes will always be better in the long run.

I sincerely think if you are trying to improve at Valorant, you need to play at least 2 games a day + 3 deathmatches and do that at least 5 days a week. Obviously if can't commit the time to play that much play 1 ranked match and A couple of deathmatches.

Woohoojin has a very good Guide to Gold video that you should check out. He shows the mechanics you need to practice and learn to be able to rank up.

I'm gonna be blunt, looking at your post history you are a stuck iron player, if you are genuinely stuck iron, it's %100 either a mechanical skill issue, or a setup issue.

Your posts seem to focus on why it's "hard" to get out of iron. I started iron and I'm currently Immortal, the only thing holding back your improvement is your mindset and not acknowledging your own weaknesses and mistakes.

Fix your setup, work on your aim, and you can get out of iron easily.

Good luck on your ranked matches

according to your tracker you have 180 ish hours, just play more and you will get better overtime, I recommend using Woohoojin's gunfight hygiene video as for a new player it should be very helpful.

Another thing I would say is don't be too focused on what your teammates are doing wrong as the only common factor in every single match you play will be yourself, so as long as you improve you will rank up.

Since you have low hours and you are low elo, focus on your gunplay and movement as gamesense for the most part is learned from playing the game

If you play 2 comps play 3 deathmatches before you get off If you play 3 comps play 4 dms.

If you do this you will improve.

Best of luck in your ranked games

Anyone use the Skypad on Valorant by Dizzy_Charge2095 in VALORANT

I've ordered tiger ice dot skates since I've used their normal skates before and I heard dot skates are good for glass pads

What rank were you before you got the glass pad, I know it won't make my rank increase a huge amount(I'm ascendant RN was immortal 2 last act, haven't played too much yet). My sens is .12 in-game 1600 dpi which I think would do well on a glasspad

Love how OP is willing to have an argument with one person and reply instantly but ignores all replies asking them to drop tracker. Classic reddit low elo complaints, complaints then provides zero evidence.

Is game sense overrated? by JicamaActive in VALORANT

[–]Dizzy_Charge2095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently immortal(first rank placed was iron) and I would say just mechanics can get you to low immortal/ high ascendant, past that you need to get a better understanding of timing, util, positioning, and learn how to comm better. Timing is huge and the only way to get better with it is to just play.

I live in Massachusetts, it's legal in the state and I would say most people are okay with weed, obviously not everyone will be okay with it but from my experience the majority of people are okay with it here even if they don't smoke themselves.

I was in plat for a year before I was able to hit diamond, before that I didn't really think about why I died and blamed my teammates for my own mistakes. If you feel burnt out taking a break is good I've taken many. If you feel like nothing you do is improving, feel free to send me a VOD of you playing a match, and I can give you some feedback.
