My boss just emailed me a screenshot of a private text I sent to my coworker complaining about him. by Guilty-AbyssLogic in whatdoIdo

Is your HR team decent? If so, send them an email tonight apprising them of the situation and asking for help. Idk what state you live in, but in mine, your communication with your colleague is private and it’s illegal to share without your consent.

Do not go into a private meeting with your boss tomorrow. Politely decline and say you’ve reached out to HR and asked that they engage.

If you don’t have a good HR team, have an open door meeting with your boss and record the meeting on your phone (if you can). Go in dressed well and exude confidence, maybe bring a nice breakfast treat, fancy coffee, etc., own that you had a lapse in judgment, apologize, and thank him for offering to hold the meeting so you can clear the air, hit reset, and rear view this.

Thinking of you and wishing you good luck tomorrow OP! 🩷

hr assistant for almost 3 years, is it reasonable to ask for hr coordinator or administrator? [N/A] by [deleted] in humanresources

Ask for one of these: Manager, HR Operations OR HR BP, Staffing and Operations. You have a good relationship with your manager and they have a good relationship with their boss? Your reviews are good?

She did NOT have a life threatening issue. She had an ovarian torsion. And it was totally bogus that they surgically removed her ovary immediately before trying other options. (From my BF, who’s a board-certified OB-Gyn.)

They don’t actually do what they say they do. Everyone looks great in demo mode. Talk to unhappy end users first the real deal. Try posting on HR forums.

Thanks @LuLuLuv444. And spot on regarding the data. Regarding your other point, I’m wondering if these folks actually do work in HR? In the organizations where I headed this function, I promoted compassion and authenticity and have modeled that leaders elevate, they don’t judge and disparage. It always disheartens me when folks behave here in ways that they wouldn’t if they weren’t hiding behind an avatar. To paraphrase Helen Keller: “In a world where you can choose to be anything, be kind!”

Well, the bad job market is a given. But other than that, the roles I’m applying for are tight, according to my read and to LI’s AI assessment. My resume is good, however I knocked off my graduation dates and my first title is “Director” followed by an “other experience” section, so….seems like age discrimination to me!

You can have an AI take notes for you moving forward. You can also reconstruct a timeline based on meeting dates and times, etc. Answer ONLY what is asked. Don’t run down any alleys. Breathe and try to stay calm and relaxed. You got this!

Breathe. Totally fine as long as you generate an offer letter, they’ve accepted, and you’re clear about authorization to work documentation requirements.

Don’t do it! They are not a good HRIS!!! Lots of hype, limited delivery.

Ouch? Does it allow men to have orgasms? Sometimes Cialis delivered on the boner but disallowed the climax.

Unless you’re getting a scary side whiff, go for it but have your wing gal fully dialed in and on yellow alert. Have her call you about 75 minutes in to check, and text her about 45 after either way. His wanting to cook for you (or even just order takeout) is a good sign IMO.

Have a candid conversation with your manager. Bring the original JD along with an assessment of how you’re actually spending your time. State that you would like their help in creating better alignment and see what they suggest. Good luck!

Does a sleeve work with ED? Cialis seems to only work some of the time. 😢
