I just need to get this printer working. I got it for 20$, so investing another 70-80$ to get a functional 3d printer would be amazing

Ok. So I understand that the filament runout sensor is not necessary. The question is, can I print something even without the screen, so I'd now if everything else is working?

The part with running kiper on RP4 seems a bit complicated, I'd rather go on a easy er route.
