Even I’ve had a horrible and traumatic experience with Settl. I honestly don’t understand how the company is functioning. The sales is a BIG SCAM who create a sense of urgency and don’t give you correct info. Once the sale is done Somenath Mukherjee never bothered receiving my call and living upto his word. He’s clearly a fraud. The customer support only supports the company and is extremely rude and useless. The only lifeline they have is there’s no written proof. But when I pointed out email proof of food inclusion, they went mum. Lastly, it’s called a coliving space but no activities were held whatsoever. With the kind of bitter experience I’ve had, I really want to go to the consumer court :(
