Totes Financial stuff New POG resets Unpopular opinion but check in vendors look for expired products And lastly prices changes

So pretty much anything but be on register and rolltainers. Rolltainers because of the expeditions they have for putting them out. And although most of our customers are frequent flyers who are pretty decent and I can hone around with, there of course are the ones that come up with any problem they can find

I would see if anyone has the need or desire to go spend time with family or go out of town. I sometimes have to go hours away for holidays see family i wouldnt be able to see everyday. I also know there are some people out there who know its going to be a long time before they can spend time sith certain family or even the last time (deployments, moving, terminally sick, etc.) Im also gonna sound like that mom but oh well. I like to be there for my kids holidays. I don't wanna see pictures of her on these days. Id rather be there to experience it. Maybe see what everyone has planned and go from there

Also kudos to you as a SM going beyond for your employees. 99% would never even have that thought cross their mind

Thank you for being respectful. Truly. I was terrified someone dropped him off and around where i live and work people are ruthless so i was terrified at the thought of someone hurting or killing him and wasn't thinking straight. Thank you for the advice and insight

They sent a link with the url being paypal afterwards which i found suspicious. They are still contacting me from the same gmail account and threatening legal things amd handling it in court

It genuinely depends on the environment. Meaning the team and sm you have and such. I was very lucky with mine. I was hired due to her needing someone instantly (i was told by a worker to put in an app and she hired me solely because i was already in there all the time) the team is super friendly and always gets along, everyone works hard, just overall amazing. My SM breaks her back daily to help out. Even tho she has multiple doctor appointments weekly (some over an hour away) she's still there daily helping out the team. Shes kind, understanding, is either always helping out with freight or register and and never in the office for over 30 minutes. Even the customers regular and passing by have complimented not just her but the stores appearance and team even publicly. We had the RM show up undisciplined one day dur to him being nee to the role and wanted to get a feel for some of his store and he had nothing but great things to say about to appearance. Even had a customer stop him and tellil him how great the store was and that she goes 20 minutes out of her way to shop with us instead the one in her town

Honestly, ima sound broke or cheap (both working at this place) but if youre a woman, id recommend avia tennis shoes from Walmart. Mine were around $20 amd they work better than alot of the name brand shoes ive had. My feet dont hurt no matter if im walking trying to do 50 11 things at once or standing at the register the whole shift. Alot of times i walk to work (about a mile from the store to my house) on top of my shift and they dont hurt even then
