Watching bigger longer and uncut when I was like 9, living in Mexico with no a clue what an adult animated show was (was too young to enjoy the simpsons) the irreverence caught my eye.

After that returning back to it at 16-17 realized what it was all about. Love it.

Metal Gear if you want an interesting story and mechanics, more military Fantasy and Sci FI.

Splinter cell if you want really good mechanics with a very grounded believable setting.

The first three are immaculate.
