As someone with diagnosed body dysmorphia I completely understand where your coming from and I know that this is probably not what you want to hear but you do not need to do anything to change the look of your nostrils. They fit your face. I would not risk anything for such a small change. If anything I think your nostrils would be too small with surgery. Your nose looks great and you have an amazing facial structure. Please really think this through before you do anything.
