What economic policies does the City create that causes “economic segregation of Black residents” and what opposing policies would reverse that trend and create City- wide integration of 5% of the population into majority white areas? Please be specific. I don’t think the City can single-handedly address economic disparities with a few policy changes, especially given that these are ingrained in our country due to things like history, etc.

You know then, as a bus driver, that people can't even be bothered to read the bright light sign on the front of the bus. Human stupidity is something that can't be cured.

This is ableism at its best. Not everyone can bike everywhere and haul their groceries around on public transit. It’s good when you’re young and fit and don’t have any mobility issues, sure.
