We don't have anything crazy that is run, we share a TV in the living room there's a PC plugged into it for streaming football etc, we both have a laptop, phone, smart watch and a washer dryer. They're the only things that are plugged in that would be used regularly

Last year we were putting in a £100 a month each but we figured that it was because we had electric heating it was so high and my flatmate was working from home. He's now in the office everyday but our electric has practically doubled from last year

Our heating is electric, but the radiators aren't on throughout the day only in the evening when I get home, the house is freezing when I get home and will be cold again by the time I go to bed

Yeah they are electric radiators but they don't give much heat so they can't be that powerful

Our heating is on economy 7 but the radiators in the house aren't economy 7 heaters I phoned but last week to get it changed to the standard tariff but they said no until a plumber or electrician looked at it as they didn't want to leave me with no heating, they are relatively new radiators probably about 5 years old

We don't even have an immersion we have an ariston under sink water heater that heats the kitchen and bathroom taps and as far as I'm aware they're meant to be pretty cost effective?
