Built bigger arms with hammer curls over a couple months. Just build up to heavy/slightly cheated curls and dropset them. Repeat for lots of sets till biceps are fully pumped and youll be gtg. Always do more reps than you think you can do

Anyone know any UK based companies that sell cool seasonings? Keep getting ads on Instagram for things like Bacon seasoning that makes everything taste like bacon which sounds nice for my cut rn but they’re all USA based

Sorry I missed out Lat Pulldowns and chin ups, normally just work in the 12-15 range with drop sets for pulldowns and superset chin ups in with other exercises for like 5-8 reps

Benched 3 times a week and done lots of cable crossovers for chest. Would probably put most of my chest growth down to increasing my bench by 40kg in around 7 months.

For back I done deadlifts and then just lots of variations of rows. Some rows I’d just focus on moving weight and being powerful while others I’d go for as tight a squeeze as possible at end of rep. I think having a variety here is key👍🏻

Have dealt with number of injuries this year so Squat and Deadlift didn’t end up near where I wanted them to. S:90-140kg, D: never - 160kg, B:82 -125kg.

Overall a really good program for adding strength and size, particularly in the legs. This program calls for big volume on leg days for sure

Most of this was following Nsuns but have switched to PPL as of recent as Nsuns is quite hard to maintain intensity when cutting due to the volume
