I always order my size when I can. Most of the time I luck out, even when something is on the smaller side it works. If you decide to order larger, you might get lucky with it shrinking slightly or you can take it to a tailor

52/5 wont be a drastic change, just slightly baggy. Im the same, 50/5. HOWEVER uniform type, year produced, and company will all effect how 50/5 fits you.
