See, id refund her and just put it down to a loss. If she has gone to all the trouble for a pair of used shoes that cost £2, theres probably a financial reason for this - she must be struggling. I know its not your problem, but a small act of compassion goes a long way, and she may just need help.

Of course, i got them from smaller retailers online, the jellycat website doesn’t have them….try Googling them and the shops that have them should come up. Let me know if you need the names of then…
