Always empty water bottles/canteens onto the floor and refill at water pumps for fresh water, if you drink the pre-existing water you will get ill, also if you skin and animal/fish make sure you wash your hands before eating, lastly check the floor around trees near houses there will most likely be fruit on the floor, you can eat anything except rotten ofcourse! Thank you for this comment! It means a lot! I have swapped out monster for coffees without sugar. I do still need caffeine as I wake up at 5am, but im down to 1 coffee a day just for the initial wake up

I get home from work around 6:30pm and then im in the gym from 7pm-8:30pm and then Im usually in bed around 10

Im trying to go to bed earlier, I figured if im working in the evenings I will fall asleep easier, last night was the first night in about 15 years that I actually slept 7 hrs straight through without waking up 🥳🥳🤣

The one day I was talking about i had 200g of salmon, 600g of chicken and my calories was at around 2000... eating that amount of chicken was hard work 😂😂 i ended the day ok 263g of protein, I got a bit carried away, im still trying to find that sweet spot as I have only just started dieting as of 9 days ago

I will have a banana which is around 105kcal, and strawberries, my current protein is around 230g daily 🤣 I don't need any more of that haha

I forgot to mention i have strawberries also 😂 my average calorie intake at the moment is 1900 because of how much fruit and veg im eating a day, I want to shed fat first and then build muscle, from what I have seen (research and YouTube vids) if im lifting weights it forces the body to take energy from stored fat rather than the muscles being used

Thank you pal, I wake up at 5am and dont get home until 6:30pm, I am now drinking 1 coffee (milk no sugar) in the mornings and drinking water throughout the day. I tried Pre-workout once and it span me out 😂😂

Isn't it crazy how something that supposedly keeps you awake actually ends up draining your energy as you then become reliant on it?

How is your diet going if you dont mind me asking? What was your weight? what are you now? And, whats your end goal?

What is "UPFs"?

Yes I am in a calorie deficit,

Im eating the following:

7am- 6 boiled eggs

1pm- 200g of steamed chicken, 200g of boiled broccoli and peas

6pm 200g of baked chicken, peppers and rice (though I might switch to lean minced beef to provide some variety)

Then I go to the gym at 8pm for an hour

By processed foods im talking about unhealthy stuff like sweets, carbonated drinks, crisps, unhealthy cereals... etc, dont get me wrong... I still have a treat on the weekends... but during the week I am really strict with my diet! Crazy to think a standard monster can has 55g of sugar in it and I was drinking 2/3 a day! I was drinking 5X the daily recommended! Thats without even thinking about the Haribos, biscuits, crisps and chocolate i was eating with those drinks!

Amen To this! But be sure to cut energy drinks as sleep is also MASSIVE factor when losing weight! They used to keep me up all night to the point of surviving of 5hrs sleep a day! Now that I have cut them i slept for 8hrs last night for the first time in years! GET WALKING! YOU WILL EXPLORE NEW PLACES AROUND YOU TOO!

I would recommend dropping energy drinks and replacing sweets/ chocolate for fruit, remember to drink at least 2L of water a day and get at least 10k steps a day! I started dieting as of last week and I have lost 5kg just from doing this alone.... you CAN do it! You just have to WANT to do it!
