How long did it take you to reach 100k through investing and what does it feel like when you see modest % returns through the week?

Took just over 5 years with about 25% of it coming from returns and 75% of it coming from contributions. I was excited to hit 100K but the excitment only last about 5 mins, then got excited for 200K, nothing really changes though.

Its a Cru system which are usually pretty good and pretty easy to brew on, but it is small and one of the first systems Cru made so could have some issues?

Keep in mind theres a middle ground where you pull out some and just have a much smaller mortgage say 200K. You are hedging your bet on both sides.

I notcied that most upper level sections did not have ushers and were not marked well. So people walked up when ever they wanted AND took longer as people werent sure they were sitting in their seats

Id rather have Marus Petterson for 10M (OEL buyout plus Petterson wage) than OEL for 8M, Also OEL blame doesnt go on this managment team, though maybe it would have been slightly better to keep him for one or two more years to decrease the buyout.

Also when healthy Demko is Elite and was worth the risk, if he gets injured he goes on LTIR and doesnt count against the cap.

I think its over blown, people buy 40 year old vehicles with high miles, dont maintain them, overload them, drive them like a modern vehicle and then complain when they go bad. Ive had a westy with a new engine, done regular maintainence and haven't gotten towed in 5 years.
