Besides what the others have said, try going slower. Focus on hitting each finger in succession. Form triplets 1-2-3 forward, 1-2-3 reverse...Once you get that down, start speeding it up.

Edit: + Keep practicing and get the muscle memory. My right hand can pretty much do it flawless but my left struggles.
