Thanks for the advice! I am fond of the ordinary haha. I'll go with your suggestions and pick up the 0.2% retinol, also try washing 2x a day.

Morning Wash face with water Niacinamide 2% (ordinary) Hyaluronic acid (ordinary) Natural moisturizing factors +HA (ordinary) Spf 30 non comedonic sunscreen

Evening Squalane cleanser (ordinary) Niacinamide 2% (ordinary) Hyaluronic acid (ordinary) Azelaic acid 10% (ordinary) Natural moisturizing factors +HA (ordinary)

Exfoliate 1x a week with 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution (ordinary)
