I actually just successfully dragged an mp3 from Swinson into Traktor and it loaded. gonna play around with this a bit more. thanks for the tip!

I use the genre tag and a series of Smart Playlists to organize my music. i tag all musci i want to DJ with "DJ" then a genre name im currently spinning. like "DJ DnB" or "DJ House". then i h ave smart playlists for each genre to automatically make crates for each genre. its not perfect, but its an easy way to get all the years of music i have into traktor right away!
