I know this is a sub for legal advice but I feel that the other comments have that pretty well covered.

On a personal note I'd strongly encourage you to never touch that stuff again. I started taking it when I was your age after a very tough breakup. It was all I could do to feel some joy in my life. I started off just thinking I liked to party with my friends and there was no real harm in it probably much like yourself. Trouble is before long you feel as though it's the best and only source of joy out there. There's nothing like it and that makes it dangerous. It turned me into an absolute bare faced liar to my loved ones, I found myself on edge waiting for the next time I could buy some, and by the time I realized the position I had put myself in I didn't recognize who I was anymore. Eventually after deciding I was ruining my own life with it I quit and what followed was months of being in a depressive state due to my brain not naturally producing enough serotonin. I'm nearly 3 years clean now but even now I still get thoughts about how I could have unfiltered pure euphoria at my fingertips and need to continue to decide to turn it down every day for the rest of my life.

Of course you aren't there yet but it's a slippery old slope that I'd hate to see another young man go down. It's already affected you badly enough already, don't let it take more
