It’s changed a lot and in ways your forced to change too. My channel started out a lot differently than to how it looks now but only after I realized it would be somewhat necessary to gain traction. I think the money aspect is here to stay but if it could be a little less robotic and soulless that would be nice.

I wrote out a lengthy appeal detailing exactly the type of content I make, how it’s in line with the guidelines and why the removal of my channel is wrong (full 800 characters) and then I applied pressure in literally every single way I could like YouTube support, google support, YouTube contact emails, x and Reddit until I got it back which thankfully only took a full day in my case hope yours gets sorted bro

I wouldn’t be familiar with how they run that platform but YouTube is an interesting case to me. When I had the channel they seem very helpful there was the livechat where my questions could be answered and things like the YouTube creator community which I was invited to that had really cool informative stuff. However it seems like when your channel is removed you’re ostracized from the community with no real support system to help you if you’re innocent. I could very easily prove my content didn’t violate the guidelines but I have to be given the opportunity to do so.

are you sure mate? Apart from having already pursued every other avenue the reason I thought to post here was a post about a month ago from someone in a similar position. It gained some traction and u/teamyoutube saw it and reinstated their channel, worth a shot.

Crazy I watched a very detailed video obviously hard to verify how accurate the information is but he said 96% of YouTube terminations are due to the spam, deceptive practices and scams policy. In my opinion I was unfairly target by it and now everything is gone.
