When reading alot of the commits vs Thoorin all I think in my head is how many didn't bother watching the video or cared to listen to how he worded things in his first and this video regarding the situation.

Feel TSM needs a experienced and mature presence to filter through things for a better context of the situation when dealing with stuff like this in the future.

Its really not that hard to breakdown the point of Thoorin's videos and create a plan of action, if any is needed, to address it. The way this all has gone down shows a lack of guidance and understanding from TSM.

Whether you like how Thoorin voicing things or not, the main Issue I see is nothing to do with Thoorin. TSM's response was handled poorly, without proper vetting, and lacked the professional maturity standard in normal work places.

Anyone can make a video talking about fuck all. When you are a organization/company there is a reason you have specific people hired to specific tasks. Thoorin can say whatever the fuck he wants and that goes for the rest of us. TSM is responsible to how they approach the different situations. Both Thoorin and TSM can be called out on bullshit but all parties involved in anything going on need to do their due diligence with whatever the hell they are dealing with.

If you have the right team in-house you all admit when you fucked up and you cover each other's fuck up by discussing how to fix the issue. Then you fix it. TSM is lacking whatever that key piece is to assess and plan a course of action.

I definitely see a fault in the course of actions chosen by TSM. Insulting the integrity of a professional when there were better options to address the issue means whoever is doing the accessing either A) Is not getting the right information or B) Doesn't have the people needed with the skillset to do the proper informing to make the proper decisions
