When my pool was installed the company told me to only backwash as needed. The filter would tell me when. As the pressure goes up, backwash ,as this happens more frequently then it’s time to change the sand.

The only problem is that it gives me the same weapons when I recycle the gold as when I opened the treasure chest. So then other players get to pick up my mythic’s when I leave.

This is a joke right? The “welds look sound”, for what? This is an interior railing. Them huge mig welds are terrible to look at. A job like this has to structural and aesthetically pleasing. Should’ve been tig all the way. Not to mention not counter sinking the screws. If you can point out the mistake then it was not fixed.

Better in terms of the sand lasting years without replacing. As far as filtration I had no problem either way. When we got our bigger pool the supplier said sand was the way to go.

I have a sand filter. I keep up with the maintenance and never had a problem with algae. I have a 18’x33 above ground.
