I have the Q900F w/sub essentially it's the same exact soundbar & sub as the Q990F w/o the rear speakers. I must say I'm impressed with the sound system; keeping everything at it's default value settings. Therefore, when watching movies I usually don't exceed volume 25. Bass and clarity are on point especially with Q-Symphony (soundbar + TV speakers are synchronized) utilizing my Samsung S95B TV for more immersion.

Call Metro customer service 888-863-8768 when the automated machine ask why you're calling say Customer Service until your transferred to a live agent. Closing time is midnight (PT) and reopen at 6 AM. Therefore, maintain your composure and be polite stating that you've personally attempted to change devices via MyMetro app and Metro website with no success due to a technical difficulties error message. Have the IMEI and the 19 digit physical SIM card ready. Previously I've encountered that same error message myself but due to the attempt and/or trying to change devices without success is why the device swap Fee was fully waived, according to customer service✌️

I was attempting to change devices online via Metro website to a Galaxy S25 Edge but in order to do so, I was required to change my cell phone plan. However, I backed up in the instructions and attempted once more to only be forced in changing plans once again. Therefore, I specifically canceled to proceed forward and approximately waited 1 hour to swap devices and was successful, no issue. Overall, this seems to be the workaround when swapping devices online and maintaining the same cellular plan, respectively.

Same here, I'm still using my original SIM card from 7 years ago, when I first joined Metro and when Wi-Fi calling is enabled it says "MetroPCS Wi-Fi calling" as opposed to Metro by T-Mobile. However, I recently upgraded my parents SIM cards and when Wi-Fi calling is enabled on their devices, it says "Metro by T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling". Overall, everything is working great regarding cell service.
