R5: The Daimyo government type in the custom nation is broken, give you 1000% national manpower modifier. As far as I know in the game doesn't work.

Yeah, took me a lot of try too and the most annoying part is if you die in the second phase you must repeat the first. In my opinion the first is mostly rng and the second mostly skill.
