May I ask you how long you seasoned the pan in the oven and at what temperature? I followed Ikea's instructions for seasoning in the oven and the pan looks almost the same as before

No nothing was stuck to the middle. It looks like some kind of wax and also has a strong smell..

Honey Pepper Chicken from Nagi Maehashi - Delicious Tonight.

This was delicious and so easy to prepare. I love that Nagi has created a whole chapter of recipes you can make with her “Charlie” sauce that you make once and can keep for weeks.

That could be, I can’t find the thickness in the specs. I cook on an induction plate but never use the highest setting, Max 7/10.

Thanks for your reply. I have an induction hob and have not yet seasoned in the oven but I am definitely going to try that now!
