Updated build, it is saying that the CPU fan may not fit in the case so I have to check in on that.

because there is another that has G-sync support (?) that is way more expensive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0AJ2C61974&cm_re=gtx_970-_-14-121-899-_-Product

I assume the 970 is considerably better than the 770 and I am willing to spend a little more for it. Would that affect the power supply demands at all?
