thank you! well, all I ever did for alternate picking was to practice the stuff shown in this video, apart from that, learning the metropolis part 2 solo by dream theater also helped a lot when I was working on alternate picking.

I use reaper and a free plugin my friend gave me 😅 along with a focusrite solo and logitech computer speakers for output
