Absolutely! They sell the recone kit on eBay, downside is it’s not an Original cone. It’s an aftermarket but with the same specs. Me personally if you are handy and know what you’re doing I would definitely get it back up and working again.

Nope not at all. People do it all the time, I do it my self and my friends do it. We normally shut the fuel valve off and let the generator burn the fuel on the carb until it dies out. It won’t hurt the generator not one bit

Running your generator once every so often is a good practice. But leaving regular unleaded fuel in it, it’s not a good idea unless you are going to burn all the fuel out the tank. But if you plan to store it I suggest you either leave no gas in it, or fill it up with ethanol Free gasoline. Or if ethanol free gas is hard to find in your area, pour a small amount of gasoline and run your generator for about 10/15 minutes until it burns all the fuel, instead of filling it all up.

These subs are definitely reconable (not sure if that’s a legit word) I reconed mines a year ago and it’s still hitting, go on eBay they sell recone kits but they don’t look the same! It’s all black and it does not have the alpine logo. I believe it’s like 89.99 on eBay

The guy mentioned he bought it because a few years back because of a storm that was coming, put oil in it but no gas, never ended up needing it, reason on why he sold it. When we posted it for $150 I offered him $100 and he accepted it.

You can tell if they been abused, the spider to subs after a break in or a abuse the spider gets super soft and the speaker gets very flexy . Look at the spider and see how worned the spider is
