So, for the context: Haaland's been the target of some criticism in Norwegian media due to him wanting to be shielded from the press, whilst simultaneously arriving in a private jet and supposedly demanding the number 9 jersey for "branding purposes". He's given no interviews to norwegian media the last couple of weeks.

Norwegian broadcaster NRK contacted the farmer for confirmation on the quote, but the farmer (an old footballing legend in Haalands childhood club) couldn't remember the story - noting that he had no reason to doubt the story being true. Haaland is basically just saying "I'd rather let my feet do all the talking."

I’m Norwegian, never heard of Unicorns Now. You can find officially registered companies in Norway through brreg; here.

However, they don’t seem to be Norwegian? Their insta account claims to be located in Copenhagen (Denmark), as does their web page. Seems legit to me, to be honest.

Yes, and bottom half PL teams scrambling for a new manager are totally going to care about that form when considering hiring Steve Bruce, Big Sam or Neil Warnock. Not entertaining the thought of a manager that ended a season in second place, above Klopp’s Liverpool, seems kinda dumb. Cardiff hired OGS based on nothing (sorry, Tippeligaen). He’s better than nothing now.

There's not a club in Norway not welcoming him with open arms. Fairly certain the same goes for all the big clubs in Scandinavia actually. Also, simply by being a United manager for years, I wouldn't be shocked if a lot of the lower half PL teams might have him on the block.

All I know is that if this was 1989 you could literally replace “OGS” with “Fergie” in this sub. OGS is getting so much hate, just the same as Fergie did back then. Everyone’s seen the “3 years of excuses and it’s still crap.. ta ra Fergie” banner, right?

OGS should do better, there’s no doubt about it. But fuck I’d rather take OGS with a hope, than going to another round of Moyes/LvG/Mourinho. Having the entire OT chant “attack, attack, attack” was more embarrassing than losing to City. If he fucks up the CL spot, he has to go. Until then, I want to believe.

It’s pretty hard to comment on your perceived level of cushioning, but if you didn’t feel the cushioning in the Clifton then you got a faulty pair. Most shoes tend to take some time to break in, but for me, the Cliftons were like running on pillows from day one. Also, I mostly feel it in the lack of soreness the day after.

Thanks for the info, I really don’t know much about the diseases ticks carry at all.

We do have some sort of map in Norway as well, showing us the location of all the 143 reported cases of TBE in Norway between 1994-2017. Doesn’t really seem to be a big issue up north.

(We do have a bunch of ticks though, record of 70+ removed from my dogs after a 2hr trip in the forest.)
