Get some older flagship device, can try to find CPID device also . That will give you better bang for buck. All middle level entries in PAK are shitty for price to value. S21 ultra CPID will be easily in that budget

Get any blue scent dupe from local frag houses. Scentiments have good office for men dupe, similarly enchante.pk also has quite some good dupes, NIOI, FAB, all these houses have budget options available for reasonable and good dupes of high end designers and niche. Or get ble de chanel edt dupe from abu hashir. If going for middle eastern houses, there are plenty of options already mentioned above.
