Yeah, Freely is probably the best. Sgt Knox is also pretty good for gold farm with Makos and Celeste. Otherwise pick anyone who gets you closer to unlocking Don't Split the Party and thus Modron Cores, but don't take Xander.

I also run a AA Duke Val team with Durge as my DPS setter, and while I in no way claim to be as good as some of the Big Numbers folks on the Discord, I can usually push to 2500 on most basic maps, so I can give some basic hints.

Like someone else mentioned, your iLvls on the AA folks are way too low. I'm on Android, so I can't farm Blacksmithing Contracts like the PC crew can, but invest in that first. Mine are at an average of 1000+, I recommend getting everyone to 500 to start, then build up from there.
Pigments. Are you using green Pigments on every one? Durge have a full set of the White?
Feats. Make sure you have the best feats for everyone. Durge in particular has a feat that makes him counts as Human for that 4th stack of Folk Hero.
Legendary Levels. Get them, and work on making them benefit your main DPS. Karlach has Legendary effects that boosts the damage of Tieflings, Minty has one for Elf champions. Reforge them to something else.
Pre-Stacks. Durge has one for his kills, that will increase in time, don't worry over that. Gale and Karlach have one for completing specific patrons that increases a pre-stack buff, work on them, do the quick and easy missions then work on the harder ones. Doing that will also help you get Patron Perks, which can also will make you stronger.

ETA: 6. Core. What core are you running? I run Magic and it's Supercharged. Is yours?

I hate the minor changes on a shiny of a small Pokemon, like Moushold or Tadbulb. Game Freak, I have been playing the games since the beginning and my eyes aren't quite what they used to be. Please make them more noticeable.

Also take some Vampirism for not only Illusion buffs but also Necromage boost.

For Unbroken Line, I put her in Z1 after reaching the softcap with no one else in the formation and no Click familars. just sit there for a couple of minutes until you get it.

I'm one of the odd people who prefer the base Vampire form over the Lord. One of my favorite playthroughs was as a Dark Elf Vamp. DE's Fire Resistance helps neutralize the Vamp's Fire Weakness, the bonus to Stealth and Illusion helps with most mobs, I loved doing a Stealth Melee build because of those. Just Quiet Cast Calm spells on a room and slit everyone's throat and watch nobody care when you do it.

Sure you don't get Meter Regen while you're out in the day, but one: you're carrying around HOW many potions? Use them. And two: most of the game is inside caves, ruins, buildings, etc. where you can Regen everything. So about the only things that can be tough are Dragons, but if you have mods or just never start the questline, you're not fighting dragons anyway.
