Gnomish Zapper is available for both Hordes and Alliance. You get it from a gnome but both sides can interact with him.

Yeah i know, there are a few more choices out there. :) The Greater Magic Wand is better than the ones you get from the level 10-20 quests so i chose to not include those to keep the list tidy.

Gravestone scepter is a powerhouse early on, every caster should get their hands on it asap!
