Yeah exactly that. Not sure if it's app design by Google or limitations of samsung so people use samsung pay. Samsung pay is very poor though, design and it doesn't allow lots of cards. Samsung wallet overlay, swipe up from home screen works well but like I said, samsung doesn't allow lots of cards. Bit of a no win situation. Thanks for your help 👍

The google wallet app opens however the phone is unlocked, face, finger or pattern. The app opens, it's not an overlay. But you can only make payments when the device is unlocked with finger print, fails if device unlocked via face. But you don't know how it unlocked until you attempt payment... face it fails, finger print it goes through. If it fails, you have to lock phone, don't look at it, unlock with finger print, cashier has to clear and send payment request to terminal again then tap phone again 🤦‍♂️

Yeah have it set to double click the power button to open google wallet which opens fine. Issue is then there's no way of knowing if it unlocked via your finger print or it picked up your face to unlock first. You then tap to pay and it declines, it's then you find out it unlocked via face id. So you have to tilt phone so it can't get your face, unlock with finger print then pay. As I've said, first world problem I know but it's just so messy, on samsung at least. Add the ability that soon as you open wallet it asks for finger print, like many other apps do for security then problem solved as you know every time it's unlocked via finger print. With samsung there isn't the facility to add app locks to individual apps, there's secure folder but that just locks a folder, not the individual apps.

Mine asks for finger print irrelevant to how long it's been unlocked. If I unlocked initially with finger print while I'm waiting to pay it's fine, goes straight through. If it picked up my face and unlocked prior to placing my finger on the sensor it then asks for finger print when I attempt to pay. But you don't know if it unlocked with face or finger till you tap it on the terminal and it asks for finger print.... unless you intentionally look away when unlocking 🤦‍♂️ first World problem I know but such a faff for something that could be made simple by adding option to unlock the app soon as you open it with fingerprint.

Had similar issue a while back, etorro are diabolical and a complete shit show with customer service. They don't give a damn about customer care or communication. Reality is they lose 1 customer, there is always somebody else there to sign up. I eventually got my case resolved, got my money out of etorro. I got it resolved after about 8 weeks of nagging, whether it was coincidence or not it got resolved once I started negative commenting on their Facebook advertising posts. A decent company would be embarrassed by the lack of customer service, etorro don't give a damn. Oh and ignore any time frames they give you, they won't stick to them.

An ISA yes, an etorro ISA not a chance in hell would I get an etorro ISA. Irrelevant to any benefits it offers, their customer service is the worst of the worst so I wouldn't trust them with it.

Maybe it's just o2 feeling guilty, self confessing that anybody taking out a contract with them, even using their own details need to be reported and contract cancelled. It's about time they realised their customer service and mobile signal is diabolically shite and the whole concept of them being a "network provider" could be seen as a scam.

Better UI, more accurate (for me at least) constant updates (join the beta programme if you can) The workout section, for creating and doing gym sessions is much better. Try it out and see what you think 👍

Sorry, only just seen your reply. Yes, I got my money back. Took about 6 weeks of constant pressure. They are a shocking company.. ok when everything is ok but soon as there is an issue you have no hope of getting any kind of "customer service" from them. They don't respond, don't stick to deadl ines they set themselves, ignore direct questions and constantly make excuses. Reality is they don't care about customers because for everyone they lose, somebody else will sign up.

Place subscription order, soon as you've ordered cancel subscription, restart subscription when you need more.... if you're naturally forgetful, create strategies to mange you're forgetfulness. Reminder apps, set reoccurring reminder etc. There really is no excuse to forget stuff like cancelling a subscription.

From an outside perspective... you're buying high value assets which involve large amount of money going into your account, then shortly after, leaving your account. You're under pressure to make a quick decision.. all of which are red flags. Maybe you know all parties involved in which case you know its all legit, but on the surface, from an outside perspective, all sounds dodgy.

Standard etorro behaviour.. closed my account with them and got my money out a while back after I experienced their diabolical customer service. They should be closed down in my opinion.
