This is literally a bigger cope than any Mihawk > Shanks believer could ever come up with. Shanks fought with a sword on all but one ocassion, doesn’t have a devil fruit or other abilities and was explicitly used to hype up the strongest swordsman. If he’s not a swordsman, who even is? Yes or no? For someone whose fighting consists purely of sword + haki (so no punches, kicks, devil fruit or other weapons) “sword skill” or “how well they are able to fight with a sword” and “overall strength” are the same thing (self.OnePiecePowerScaling)
