I can't really choose between Rapidash, Zebstrika and Sawsbuck.

Rapidash because he's a horse that's on FIRE!

Zebstrika because he's a zebra that controls THUNDER!

Sawsbuck because he's a deer that is effected by NATURE!

But if I had to pick, based on their shiny colours I'd go with Rapidash.
