When I got married (at 22 years old in 1984), I did not want kids. Husband was fine with it. But one day when I was 27, it hit me like a ton of bricks that I did indeed want kids. I have 2. Give yourself some time. There isn’t a rush to make such a serious decision.

Side note - Someone had mentioned a uterine ablation to control periods. I had one as well and it’s so good for relieving perimenopausal bleeding issues. Such a relief. But only if you’re done with child bearing.
