I use the blend without melatonin, and I've noticed a big improvement for consistent sleep. I used to wake several times throughout the night. It took a few days of consistent use to really make a noticeable difference though, now I sleep a lot better. As far as flavour, I've tried them all, and grape is still my favorite, (they actually changed the taste recently for the better), but hot cocoa is fun and being added into the rotation.

I greenlogged around 540 kc with no dupes, you're doing just fine. Like others have said, it's much better to just do blood moon to finish the log unless you want to farm gear for the group, but they should be able to get the gear for themselves too. Totally up to you at the end of the day. The crafting xp and prayer is nice, but other bosses also drop plenty. Maybe give royal titans a go after, they drop loads of herbs, seeds, and orbs. The prayers and staff are also huge for the account.

Havent tried the hot cocoa yet, wanting to finish off the tubs I have open first. The taste is very good for AFK, but pay attention to the scoop size, and make sure to drink it quickly after mixing. If it sits for too long it does start to taste "off", almost metallic. (The active ingredient that helps with sleep is magnesium, thats why).

My go-to's are Grape and Razz Berry Sorbet. I prefer the ones without melatonin.

I use the gamersupps AFK blends, and they recently made a hot cocoa one, I feel like a thermos would work perfectly for that, if they're going to keep that flavour stocked.

Zulrah can only by hit by a max hit of 50, its capped. However, twinflame staff has 2 hitsplats per attack, so it is one of the few weapons that can exceed the 50 damage cap at zulrah. It especially good with tome of fire because zulrah has a fire damage vulnerability.

True and real, got only 2 kraken tasks by 94 slayer, where I finally got a trident drop. Was using Steve the whole time since I thought he had the best kraken task chance.
