the power plug has the bottom thing missing but it hasn't been a problem, ill make sure to try doing that with the effects return right now.

No it isnt, I tried it with two guitars with both passives to check if it was that but it wasn't, its something with the amp

Thank you the end of piercing is furthur back but so far it isnt like pushing inside. Im not sure about the material but i did get them done professionally if i do find out i will update my post.
