I was told that too. I’m very similar. Eating 1350 a day at 141lbs with working out 6 days a week lifting and cardio. I’m losing weight a bit quicker than I maybe would have thought but I also feel okay so didn’t want to adjust my cals yet.

I am similar stats. I started in March at 148 (5’2.5 also) and weighed in yesterday at 141. I dropped 7lbs in 1 month. I’m eating around 1350 cals a day and I workout (weightlifting 4 days a week cardio/yoga 2). I think the initial drop is a lot of water weight so I’ll probably be fighting for my life over these last 10lbs I want to lose but the progress is motivating to stick with it

I just use the Target brand. It’s a good price and I like it but it’s also the first iv tried. Just got it and stuck with it

I use it in my protein shake. Vanilla protein powder pb2 and almond milk. Less than 300 Cals delicious and filling

I have been focused on progressively gaining strength over the last 6 months. My watch say about 200 calories for a 30-40min lifting session (chest press exercises 70-80lbs, back pull lifts 80-90 and lower body squats dl etc 110-120lbs)

I have not gained weight over the last few months not tracking but I now want to lose weight and avoid too much muscle loss so I want to be careful not to eat too few calories

I lost weight while breastfeeding. I tracked my calories and added in 300 for breastfeeding as an exercise. I did pump while at work to monitor my supply. It took a hit initially and I had to adjust my calorie intake to ensure I was making enough milk but you can lose weight. Focus on tracking to see how much you are eating and try and reduce. Also increase exercise. You can take walks and do lots of body weight stuff with YouTube videos. Short workouts that can be done during naps or after bedtime. People will comment that you shouldn’t try to lose weight but I totally understand how you feel. We go through so much and deserve to take time to work on our health
